Schuberth teamed up with SENA to develop a modern communications-slash-intercom system tailored to their top-tier motorcycle helmets, namely the Schuberth C5, E2, S3, and J2.
This means exclusivity, a perfect fit, and, for many everyday users, perhaps just a bit too much in terms of bells and whistles. But don’t worry: the SENA SC2 ‘Standard’ brings things back to basics. This basic version of the SC2 intercom comes equipped with premium HD speakers and two integrated antennas for FM radio and Bluetooth intercom, all pre-installed in your motorcycle helmet. All that’s left is to slot in the communication unit, remote, and microphone, let the system configure itself, and you’re good to go.
Despite the long list of technical features, and it being the sixth collaboration between Schuberth and SENA, this system stands out primarily for its simplicity, ease of use, and practical application. And by trimming down the extras from the original high-end SC2, it becomes an affordable, functional intercom solution.
