I should have read online reviews on helmet i ordered . All indication pointed to ordering a size up from what you usually go for. First off I ordered a large flip over helmet. It was too tight . Contacted customer service and they immediately processed an order for xl size.
Sent me a return postage paid label via email which I printed off and sent the large helmet back.
5 days fro them to receive the helmet and immediately sent out the xl one which I received 5 days later.
Package was tracked with times and arrived within the hour specified.
Absolutely flawless experience. I hope other companies take note of how RAD.eu operate.
