The versatile, 100% waterproof Defender Pro GTX features a zip-off GORE-TEX membrane, and is a functional solution for all-season riders, commuters, and tourers with an adventurous mindset. Usable in all conditions, adaptable and just plain comfortable to wear.
The 2-in-1 Defender Pro GTX pants have the same adventurous look and feel as the Defender Pro GTX jacket. The outer fabric is a combination of PWR|shell 750D with Teflon® coating, PWR|shell 1000D with Teflon® coating and PWR|shell 500D stretch. Different degrees of wear and tear resistance, many of which would suffice on their own. The leather panels on the inner leg shield your legs from radiant heat and are obviously an extra layer of protection. The pants got VCS zippers and venting panels that you can effectively open with a push button on the thigh, and the GORE-TEX membrane with Micro Grid Backer technology is not only waterproof, it feels comfortable too.
The pants are equipped with height adjustable SEEFLEX™ level 2 CE approved knee protectors and TRYONIC SEESOFT™ CE level 1 type B hip protectors. Laminated reflective strips at the bottom of the pant legs ensure enhanced visibility in adverse conditions.
To close the Defender, REV'IT uses the YKK slide closure, which cannot open spontaneously. A V-flap protects the zipper. Adjustment options at the waist are available in the form of length-adjustable buckle straps. Two zippered side pockets allow you to keep things close at hand. At the bottom there's a zipper for easy entry and exit, and you can actually vary the width of the pant leg to your heart's content: velcro and press studs offer plenty of options.
The Defender Pro GTX is fitted with Strapper suspenders, and the double (long and short) connection zipper at the back allows you to combine the jacket of your choice from the REV'IT range, although in this case the Defender Pro GTX jacket of the same name is the obvious choice.
