Midland has been making communication equipment for 60 years. The BikePlay PRO is a 5.5‑inch waterproof touchscreen display that mirrors your smartphone screen via CarPlay (iOS) or Android Auto (Android), bringing your smartphone functions to the handlebar without needing to mount the phone itself.
You simply use your smartphone’s navigation app, make calls, send messages and listen to music via Spotify or the radio. The system works with voice commands through Siri and Google Assistant, so you give instructions while keeping your eyes on the road. You can also operate the touchscreen while wearing motorcycle gloves. The display is waterproof and shrugs off mud, insects and a wash.
The 5.5‑inch IPS touchscreen has a resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels and very high brightness (850 nits, for the experts). Automatic backlighting adapts to ambient light, keeping the screen easy to read, even at night.
The quick‑release system lets you unclip the display in a single movement. Park your motorcycle, unclip the unit and take it with you—no tools needed. This is practical if you park in town regularly and do not want to leave the screen on the handlebar, or simply do not want it to disappear from the motorcycle.
The BikePlay PRO works with all intercoms. Your smartphone connects to the display and then acts as the bridge to your intercom, regardless of brand.
The box includes a ready‑to‑use handlebar mount, and you can also use a RAM Type B ball mount if you prefer. Power can be supplied in two ways: directly from the motorcycle’s 12 V battery or via USB Type‑C. Both options use a quick connection system.
If you want dashcam functionality and tyre‑pressure monitoring, you can purchase the Expansion Kit separately, which adds front and rear cameras plus TPMS sensors. The BikePlay PRO also works perfectly well without this kit, simply as a display.
