The BS Battery Power Box Air PB-02 is a compact jump starter with a built-in air compressor. Two functions in one device: you can jump-start an empty battery and inflate a flat tyre without needing separate tools.
The jump starter delivers a peak current of 1200A and can start up to twenty times on a single charge. It works on vehicles with a 12V lead-acid battery: petrol up to 7.0 litres, diesel up to 6.0 litres. The supplied jump leads have spark protection and reverse-polarity protection.
Please note: the PB-02 is designed exclusively for vehicles equipped with a 12V lead-acid battery. It is not recommended for use with lithium starter batteries (LiFePO4 or other lithium technologies).
The built-in air compressor reaches a maximum pressure of 150 PSI. Four presets — car, motorcycle, bicycle and ball — let you quickly set the desired tyre pressure. The compressor stops automatically once the set pressure is reached. Manual topping up to 150 PSI is also possible. Via the USB-A output, you can charge a smartphone, tablet or earbuds. A three-mode LED lamp — steady, strobe and SOS — is also built in.
The Air weighs 865 grams and measures 187 × 118 × 47 mm. That is noticeably more than, for example, the standard PB-02, but the compressor (not present there) simply takes up space. It still fits in a motorcycle case or backpack. The battery capacity is slightly lower than the base version: 10,000 mAh versus 12,000 mAh.
