The tall Corozal Drystar V2 adventure motorcycle boots combine solid protection with impressive walking comfort. Designed for long-distance rides across a variety of terrains, these motorcycle boots are both robust and relatively lightweight.
‘Relatively’ is the key word here: the Corozal Drystar V2 is a substantial adventure boot. You probably won’t stroll into the office wearing them. Their styling and build unmistakably reveal their adventurous purpose.
The topside of the Corozal Drystar V2 is made from a combination of oiled and coated leather, microfiber, and suede, providing wear-resistance, comfort, and long-lasting durability. The integrated Drystar membrane keeps your feet dry while allowing them to breathe; ideal when weather conditions that might change throughout the ride.
The wide opening of the tall shaft makes these motorcycle boots easy to put on and take off. A Velcro and TPR buckle closure system allows adjustment for different calf sizes. The sturdy yet lightweight polymer buckles come with a micro-ratchet memory system, quick-release mechanism, and self-aligning design. It sounds more complex than it actually is. In short, once set up, they’re simple to fasten time and again without readjustment. All buckles are replaceable.
The slimmer-profile shin plate allows you to wear adventure trousers either inside or over these motorcycle boots without limiting your movement. However, don’t expect skinny or narrow jeans to fit over the Corozal Drystar V2. Generous accordion flex zones at the front and back, made of lightweight microfiber, deliver flexibility and excellent control.
The midsole is made from polypropylene with a co-injected steel shank for extra support and safety. PU foam padding in the midsole adds comfort and makes movement easier. The vulcanised rubber outsole ensures reliable grip and durability across a range of riding conditions.
A newly engineered lateral pivot system allows controlled forward and backward motion while providing precise lateral ankle support. In practical terms: shifting and braking remain effortless, while hyperextension and unnatural twisting of the ankle are effectively prevented.
The ergonomically shaped forefoot enhances bike control and accommodates a wide range of foot shapes.
TPU shin plates and lateral ankle protectors provide structural support and impact resistance. A TPU rear support brace protects the Achilles tendon. Reinforced toe and heel areas are built underneath the outer layer for lasting shape retention. The TPU gear-change reinforcement features a textured surface for extra grip.
These adventure motorcycle boots are CE-certified according to EN 13634:2017.
