The WL902 TanklockED from GIVI is a semi-rigid tank bag offering 5 litres of storage capacity. WL stands for Weightless, and that ambition is clear. Its sleek all-black design and refined diamond-texture finish give this tank bag a stylish, modern edge.
Constructed from high-quality materials including an ABS top shell and an EVA base, the WL902 offers excellent structural integrity and long-lasting durability. UV-resistant materials ensure the bag won’t fade to a dull grey after just a few rides.
The tank bag features GIVI’s TanklockED system for fast, secure attachment and easy removal, and comes equipped with an integrated combination lock for added protection of your belongings. Simply click both YKK zip pullers into the dedicated slot to lock the bag. A built-in cable port allows you to charge your electronic devices while on the move.
The main storage compartment sits partly beneath the (semi-rigid) lid, where the WL902 features an internal document holder which adds a bit of structure and organisation. While the bag retains some pre-shaped elements, the 5-litre capacity is easily adaptable to your own storage needs.
A handle and adjustable shoulder strap make life easier once you have arrived at your destination. Reflective detailing enhances low-light visibility, while the included rain cover keeps its contents protected from rain.
To mount this tank bag, a specific tank ring is required – sold separately. Be sure to check compatibility with your motorcycle, or simply use our product finder.
Attention: Tanklock tankbags are attached to the petrol cap, which is - if all goes well - standard in one place. That means: you can't really 'move' with a tanklock tankbag, like you can with magnetic bags, you can choose to place them higher or lower on the tank. For short nakeds with a relatively small fuel tank and large tankbags that use tanklock, this can cause a conflict at handlebar height. In any case: more luggage space should never be at the expense of better handling.
But ... there are solutions. The bigger the tankbag, the more flexibility it usually offers. The mounting ring of the tank latch system can - in certain cases - be moved. Not meters, but enough to create space and safety.
However, this tankbag has a size that is rather limited. The chance of a conflict is therefore small. Adjustment possibilities at the attachment ring are not available.
