The Copper V2 Plus is barely distinguishable from traditional jeans. Yet they are top-of-the-line motorcycle pants: one layer of stretch denim, reinforced and laced with Aramid and triple seams to hold things together.
It's top-class. With most motorcycle jeans, you can see that the bike is not really far away. Here it's different. This is a pair of motorcycle jeans with all the allure of a 'normal', stylish pair of jeans.
The cut is - for fashion experts - 'regular fit'. The average man will be able to imagine it as 'straight down'. Don't be fooled by the stretchy denim, there is room in the Copper V2 Plus. The stretching is especially evident on the bike, when you'll find that you're not hindered at any point. This is not meant to be tight around your legs. It certainly doesn't run wide, yet this should - again - say very 'just jeans'.
Because sitting on a motorcycle is of course something else than sitting on a chair, Alpinestars integrates an extra, soft layer at the seat and the knees. There where friction occurs or where your saddle and butt make contact for a long time. A comfort-enhancing element. Together with the ergonomic construction that takes into account the bending of the knee, this results in a great product. Both visually and content-wise. The double layer is not comparable with the first generation of motorcycle jeans, when death caused by excessive sweating was always a risk.
Standard equipment includes a pair of CE-certified Bio-Flex knee protectors, which are simple, practical and thin. Hip protection can be added, but remains optional. The reflective accent is hidden in the logo.
A Copper V2 Plus is equipped with all storage pockets you would expect in (motor)jeans. This is a pair of motorcycle jeans that no one will recognize as motorcycle jeans.
