Attention: KLAN manufactures heated motorcycle clothing (in this case: motorcycle gloves) and lets you choose how to connect it. Cables and a battery (if any) are NEVER standard delivered. It requires some puzzling but the result is a tailor-made composition in function of what you want. And there is nothing left in the box unused, which translates into a more competitive total price.
You can expect a lot from this waterproof Urban by KLAN. The durable polyester outer shell and the Thinsulate lining provide a good basis. There are not many extras. The Urban excels in simplicity and clarity: sharp, black, classic. Admittedly, with touchscreen fingertips.
Add to that the fact that the Urban is a heated motorcycle glove, which is fully equipped to provide you with wonderfully warm hands.
You choose the way to do that.
Our preference is the cable connection to the motorcycle battery. That combination (motor glove + cables) is the best guarantee for competitively priced quality. 12V batteries do NOT fit in these gloves anyway.
If you want to supply the gloves with motorbike battery power via a cable, you need two cables: one power cable (here you have a choice between a battery cable, and a cable to a cigarette lighter plug or a cable to a DIN-plug (like on a BMW) and a 'double connection cable'.
These heated gloves use a maximum of 3,1 Ampere.
If you choose to use separate batteries, you will increase your freedom of movement, but at the expense of something else: autonomy and price. But, choosing is always a bit losing. See also the box below. The KLAN Urban has four settings. These are easily set by means of the push button on the cuff of each glove.

Warm exists in different intensities and gradations, but also the specific place where the heat manifests itself plays a role.
Here we are specifically talking about the back of the fingers and the fingertips.
It goes without saying that the heat, once present, does disperse, which - more than heating up a single spot - gives the best effect.
KLAN provides the option to connect these motorcycle gloves directly with the KLAN heated underjacket.
Since these gloves contain electronic components, it goes without saying that they should not be machine washed. A gentle hand wash is possible, provided that after washing you dry the connectors with a hairdryer.
