Description

Alpinestars put the word 'tech' in the name of this wind blocker and does so for good reason. This is not a buff, not a tube, not a scarf that you pull over your head one way or another to protect your neck. The Alpinestars Tech Neck Warmer Baselayer is actually the underside of a balaclava.

Your neck and throat get more than enough protection, because that's where the main focus of this neck warmer lies. Don't be fooled by the relatively thin materials: this really provides good extra protection. Smart and elastic materials nowadays guarantee that you can beat almost all (bad) weather conditions.

On top of the jacket there is an elaborated and preformed mouth- and nosepiece. The intention is that you can also cover the lower half of your face with this Neck Warmer. And that is also the reason why you do not just pull the whole thing over your head without thinking.

But for that little extra attention at the start, you get a lot of comfort in return.
