The Sand 3 pants - logically designed to be combined with the matching jacket - are of the same high standard as their namesake. Both together provide a complete adventure suit, with the versatility of a Swiss army knife. Although each piece can also be worn separately.
The Sand 3 is top of the line. Water- and windproof, durable, ventilating, with lots of storage space and ease of use. From the outside to the inside, you will find the very durable outer layer in polyester ripstop | PWR|shell 500D | polyester 600D and PWR|shell 500D stretch. The removable REV'IT-typical hydratex® | mesh G-liner membrane guarantees water-resistant properties. To complete the look, the Sand 3 also features a comfortable thermal lining, allowing the pants to hold its own in cold conditions. When you remove the two liners, the VCS zippers create a direct airflow along your legs.
The stretch fabric used in crucial places adds to the comfort and flexibility of these all-round motorcycle pants. Anti-slip material on the seat ensures a good sitting position. The back is slightly higher than the front, to always have enough protection, even in a typical motorcycle sitting position. Stretch material is also used just above the seat.
The standard, adjustable SEEFLEX™ CE-level 2 knee protectors and SEESMART™ CE-certified hip protectors are REV'IT's own designs, and are more than proven in terms of impact protection and comfort. Expertly applied reflective strips on the calf enhance visibility in the dark.
The pant legs open at the bottom with a mid-length zipper. Velcro strips ensure a perfectly adaptable fit, on top or in the boot. To close the Sand 3 at the top, REV'IT uses the YKK slide closure, which cannot open spontaneously, and a zipper. Adjustment options at the waist are available in the form of elastic bands and length-adjustable straps. Three spacious, lockable side pockets allow you to store what you need.
The Sand 3 is equipped to attach Strapper-suspenders, and short and long connecting zippers allow you to combine with the REV'IT Sand 3 jacket.
