Description

Applying heat shrink tubing is quick and easy. They allow you to repair cables in a neat and professional way. The tubing protects the cable from moisture and corrosion. This set contains 127 tubes in different diameters in a handy resealable plastic box.

Simply cut the heat shrink tubing of the correct diameter to length, slide it over the cable and heat it. The tubing shrinks at a temperature of 125°C. Start in the middle and work your way towards the ends. Allow to cool before applying mechanical stress to the repaired cable. The shrink ratio is 2:1.

A repaired cable serves just as well afterwards as it did before the repair. BGS developed this set specifically for use with motorcycles and cars.
