The GIVI EASY02 is a compact motorcycle tank bag of 6 litres that you attach with two integrated magnets or the included straps. Both options keep the tank bag stable in place, making the EASY02 suitable for both metal tanks and plastic tanks.
Six litres is not much. It suffices for a smartphone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and perhaps a thin rain jacket: the essentials you want quickly at hand. Those needing more luggage space should look at the larger models in the Easy-T series. The EASY02 is primarily a day trip bag or a handy addition to other luggage.
The magnets work only on metal tanks. If you ride with a plastic tank or a motorcycle with a plasticised tank cover, you choose the attachment straps. You attach those directly to the motorcycle. Both systems guarantee stability while riding.
The outer material consists of 600D ripstop polyester with PU laminate. That is wear- and tear-resistant material that can handle daily use. The fabrics are UV-resistant (tested to 500 hours according to ISO 4892-2), meaning the EASY02 retains its colour and properties after prolonged exposure to sunlight. All materials comply with the REACH standard. The underside has anti-slip material to prevent shifting on the fuel tank.
A front storage compartment offers quick access to items you need frequently. An integrated cable port lets you charge electronic devices while riding. You route the cable through the tank bag to your smartphone or navigation.
The built-in M.O.L.L.E. system allows you to attach the GIVI EASYSH phone holder (optional, available separately).
An included rain cover protects the contents during rain showers. You simply pull the cover over the bag and normally this is sufficient to arrive dry. Reflective inserts on the front increase visibility in the dark.
A safety strap that you attach to the handlebars ensures the EASY02 stays in place.
You use the same strap as a shoulder strap when you step off the motorcycle. A handle is also provided.
