The Convergent H2O motorcycle jacket is the latest entry‑level model in REV’IT!’s adventure touring range and offers all the essential functions at a sharp price.
Rally‑inspired looks, a waterproof hydratex|G‑liner membrane, a removable thermal liner and ample ventilation make this a versatile 2‑in‑1 motorcycle jacket that can handle any adventure, regardless of the weather.
The Convergent H2O sits at the crossroads of functionality and affordability. REV’IT! built on the lessons and innovations from its top models, but deliberately chose a tighter, more balanced selection of essential features here. From direct ventilation options, including a large panel behind the central zip, to practical storage, the Convergent H2O motorcycle jacket is well equipped for any trip.
The outer shell is made from polyester 600D and polyester XL 600D ripstop, resulting in a wear‑ and tear‑resistant construction that also feels pleasantly light.
The waterproof hydratex|G‑liner membrane is integrated, not removable, which keeps the construction simple and its wearer dry. The removable thermal liner is used when temperatures drop. Without that liner and with the ventilation zips open, the Convergent H2O also remains very usable in warmer conditions.
Ventilation options are a real strong point. Direct ventilation behind the central zip (you close the Convergent H2O via an extra flap) provides a strong additional airflow. On the upper back, the airstream exits the motorcycle jacket again.
REV’IT! opts for a cut that is ‘touring’ without being too wide. The Convergent H2O fits well and wearing comfort is further supported by adjustment options in the usual places: Velcro straps at the cuffs, press studs on the forearms and a central belt. The back is extended to avoid an exposed lower back when you lean forward.
Impact protection comes in the form of SEEFLEX CE Level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows. The motorcycle jacket is prepared for a SEESOFT CE Level 2 back protector, should you decide to add one later. Reflective elements are strategically placed and provide visibility in poorer light conditions.
Storage is, of course, present. Two hand pockets and a chest pocket, supplemented by an internal pocket, make the overall package practical for what you need on the road: keys, wallet, phone, the usual items.
The short and long connection zips make it possible to combine this motorcycle jacket with the Factor 5 H2O motorcycle trousers for a complete outfit.
