These Alpinestars Vision ‘Double Pane’ lenses are the perfect solution for keeping your motorcycle rides enjoyable, even in cold and demanding enduro conditions. Thanks to the clever Double Pane technology, fogging and vapour build-up are kept to an absolute minimum, even in the most extreme situations.
The dual-pane lens is made from optically correct polycarbonate, offering crystal-clear vision and outstanding impact resistance. Practically speaking, the two lens layers work together to stop cold outside air from creating condensation on the inside. It sounds simple – and it actually is. Strategically placed vents along the top and sides, paired with 100 PPI foam, keep air circulating through the lens system while keeping out dust and dirt from entering the space between the lenses.
This lens – or rather, these two lenses – offers 100% UVA protection and comes with an anti-fog coating on the inner surface. The outer layer is treated with a hard coating for extra durability. A seven-point locking system ensures a secure fit in the Alpinestars VISION motocross goggle frames (models 8, 5 and 3). Also handy are the integrated tear-off pins, which can hold up to 28 tear-offs for optimal visibility when conditions turn muddy.
The lens is fully CE-certified in accordance with the PPE regulation (EU) 2016/425 and meets the EN 1938:2010 standard for personal eye protection.
