The Held Jester 2 Urban motorcycle jacket combines denim with leather reinforcements on the arms and shoulders for a casual look with full‑on protection. This summer motorcycle jacket is designed for urban traffic and relaxed touring, without a waterproof membrane but with enough ventilation for warm days.
The outer shell is largely made from Armalith Denim, a fabric that weaves aramid fibres together with cotton. This creates a wear‑resistant denim mix that looks like regular jeans but offers a much higher protection level in the event of a fall. Soft leather reinforcements in key areas (shoulders and arms) further increase wear-resistance and help define the motorcycle jacket’s casual character. A mesh lining on the inside keeps things airy while riding, and the front ventilation zip (ACS) lets you adjust the airflow.
Waist adjustment gives you the option of fine‑tuning the fit, although a motorcycle jacket like this really should feel right from the start.
Height‑adjustable D3O Ghost Adaptive shoulder and elbow protectors are CE‑certified to EN 1621‑1:2012 Level 2 and provide impact protection in a flexible, low‑profile material that adapts to your movement. The back is prepared to take an optional EN 1621‑2:2014 back protector, and there is also a Velcro mounting point for optional chest protectors. Reflective sections enhance visibility in the dark.
Four external pockets, one internal pocket and a map/document pocket provide ample storage for everyday use. A connection zip allows you to pair it with Held motorcycle trousers from the same series.
