It's hard to imagine a motorcycle outfit without motorcycle jeans and of course there's a good reason: there are few better options that allow you to jump on your bike safely and comfortably. If it doesn't start pouring water, but in that case, you need a good pair of rain pants anyway.
The Jackson SK (SK stands for Skinny) is a pair of black, tight motorbike jeans. 'Tight' is of course relative because the Cordura Denim 13 OZ has enough stretching qualities to keep it pleasant and comfortable in all conditions - on foot, on a chair or on the bike. Apart from the fact that Cordura also has a high degree of wear-resistance. Comfortable and safe, we started with that.
These wear-resistant properties are also the reason for the absence of additional layers of aramid or Kevlar: the outer Cordura layer is wear-resistant enough to create a pleasant pair of motorcycle jeans which is especially attractive on hot days. An extra trump.
The SEESMART™ level 1 (CE approved) knee protectors do not disturb the sleek, skinny look. SEESMART is a REV'IT product that specifically focuses on virtually invisible integration into garments, without compromising on impact protection. Flip up the bottom hem of the pants and a reflective strip will appear. If you think it's necessary, you can easily fit a pair of SEESMART hip protectors.
The Jackson SK is of course a traditional pair of jeans. At least as far as form is concerned: the pockets, belt loops, there is little to show that you are actually very safe on the road. The color - black, no washing - is less traditional, but the fact that these black biker jeans are ready for a tough ride, is clear.
The possible combinations are diverse. By means of a Safeway 2-belt you can add a short connecting zipper to the pants. To us a good, timeless leather jacket seems just about ideal.
