It's too warm for a motorcycle jacket that also attacks the autumn conditions, but as a commuter in the morning you never know what awaits you that day. Et voilà: the Torque. A summer jacket with a waterproof, removable membrane.
And not unimportant: in this lady’s version, the Torque Ladies is stylish and clean cut.
Besides: even as a traveler, touring rider or just as a motorcyclist who rides from terrace to terrace, you never know what's in store for you. A lot can change in a hundred kilometers. In a few hours even more. That is why we think the Torque Ladies is an enrichment. A positive addition to the arsenal of motorcycle clothing, which also looks good.
The exterior is mesh. It doesn't get any lighter, as long as you want to ride safely and securely. The outer is the jacket you wear when it's too hot to wear a jacket. It's all mesh, only interrupted here and there by a minimum of fabric, because you need a zipper, a collar and sleeves. Safe, too, because it features a pair of SEESMART™ CE Level 1 protectors on the shoulders and elbows.
Underneath is the removable hydratex® G-liner, waterproof, light and breathable. Windblocker too. And extremely handy if you get caught out by a shower or a cold front.
Short, tight, the REV'IT cut is typical, and this one is no different. Even though the fit isn't particularly sharp. That's not possible when you're working with a removable membrane. And yet, there's no flapping of the sails, just a good feeling. Who thinks it's necessary can easily add a SEESOFT CE-level 2 back protector. The reflective material is subtle (during the day for sure) but definitely present.
You can make some adjustments yourself, thanks to the velcro strips with loop on the waist, the double press studs on the upper arms and the velcro strips on the sleeve ends. Two zipped side pockets provide the necessary storage space.
The Torque Ladies has a double Belt Loop, so the combination with a good pair of motorbike jeans seems an obvious choice.
