The SP Connect Bike Bundle Universal Phone Case LT XL is a smartphone holder for your bicycle with a hard case for large smartphones. The case takes devices up to 170 x 85 mm, with or without your own case, and fully encloses them behind a screen protector. You fit the handlebar mount on your bicycle without tools, on any round tube between 22 and 42 mm.
A large screen that stays firmly on your handlebars
A large screen is easier to read on the move. You see more of your route and are less likely to miss a button. A large device does, however, call for a holder that keeps it firmly in place. This bundle combines a handlebar mount with a universal case in XL size, which wraps your smartphone up completely.
The Universal Phone Case LT XL is made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide, a material that is rigid yet remains light. At the front, there is a PET screen protector, so you can operate the touchscreen without opening the case. The case is weather-resistant and keeps out rain and dirt on an ordinary ride. You slide your smartphone in through an opening at the top, and when you stop, you take it out again just as quickly.
The Universal Bike Mount is an aluminium handlebar mount with a stainless-steel bracket. With this bracket, you decide exactly where your smartphone sits. If you remove the bracket, you can use the mount as a direct clamp. In both set-ups, you can rotate the case 90 degrees, so you choose whether your screen is upright or sideways. You attach the case with the SP Connect twist-and-click system: you place it on the mount and turn it a quarter turn until it clicks into place.
Compatibility and contents
The Universal Bike Mount fits handlebars or round tubes with a diameter between 22 and 42 mm. The Universal Phone Case LT XL fits smartphones up to 170 x 85 mm. If your smartphone is a little narrower, you fill the free space with the foam inserts supplied, so your smartphone sits securely and does not rattle. Measure your device beforehand, with your own case on if you want to keep it on. If you have a smaller device, it will sit more securely in the bundle with the LT L.
Both components work with the SP Connect SPC+ system, so you can also use the case on other SPC+ mounts later on. SP Connect developed this bundle for bicycles. If you want to mount your smartphone on your motorcycle, choose a mount that SP Connect has developed specifically for motorcycles.
