The GIVI GRT727 Canyon Monokey is the (slightly) smaller sibling of the GRT725, specifically designed for enduro and maxi-enduro bikes with a high right-side exhaust. The cutout in the motorcycle bag prevents contact with a hot exhaust, reducing the capacity to 25 litres. Otherwise, it's the same rugged yet flexible side bag for true off-road enthusiasts.
With the Monokey Cam Side mounting system, you attach the motorcycle bag to PLOS_CAM tubular side racks just like you would aluminium cases. The PLOS_CAM racks are bike-specific and therefore, sold separately.
The exterior uses hardwearing materials like Cordura, Hypalon and 1680D ripstop nylon with TPU coating. UV-resistant (tested to 1,500 hours) and made to REACH standards. Internal removable plastic stiffeners keep the base and sides rigid, maintaining the contoured shape. The removable waterproof liner with welded seams keeps gear dry in the most extreme conditions.
The familiar roll-up closure with buckles and extra locks ensures everything stays shut during your ride. Padlocking isn't an option: a sharp knife renders attempts pointless. There are, however, loops to use a steel cable and padlock.
The detachable Hypalon front panel shields the main motorcycle bag from impacts. Behind it is a sturdy mesh pocket for small items. M.O.L.L.E. webbing on the sides lets you attach extras like the GRT730 bag. Eight compression points stabilise the load.
For proper mounting, you need the (separately sold) Smart Security Lock mechanism. It lets you use the same key for the GRT725, GRT727 and optionally an Outback Evo top case.
Reflective elements boost low-light visibility. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to carry this bag once you’re off the bike.
The GIVI GRT727 Canyon is sold individually and due to the exhaust cutout is designed specifically for the right side of your motorcycle.
