Description

A soldering iron is used to heat solder in order to make good electrical connections. This 60 W soldering iron is simply plugged into a 230 V outlet and is ready to use.

It seems a bit superfluous but soldering tin requires about 400°C before it melts, so some caution and competence are welcomed.

And here's more good advice from mamma RAD: never leave a soldering iron plugged in the wall socket unattended.
