Stock and Shipping FAQ

Is everything in stock?

RAD has a very wide range of items and brands, most of which are in stock, with others available to order.

When the article is not in stock in any of our stores, it will be ordered (if still available) from our supplier.

If known, the delivery time is displayed on the product page, in the green bar under the item price.

RAD will do its utmost to ensure that you receive your order in accordance with the date stated on our website. However, these delivery times are given for information purposes only and RAD cannot be held liable for any delays.

What if the desired item is not in stock?

If not all articles are immediately available, or if the articles differ in their delivery times, you can choose to group everything in one order or to make several orders, depending on availability.

You can find the delivery time in the order confirmation email we sent you.

Is the item in stock at my RAD store?

Are you in doubt whether a certain article is in stock? Then be sure to check out the product page to see if you can find the following link: "Stock." There you can find which article is available in which RAD shop. A green tick indicates that the desired product is available in the store of your choice and a red cross means this is not the case. So before visiting a store, use this table to find out in advance which articles are in stock.

The article is not in stock in your warehouses. Now what?

If an item is not in stock, we can usually order it from our supplier. When our supplier is out of stock, you can use the option "Mail me when in stock" to stay informed. Unfortunately, when a product is sold out we cannot reorder it. These products can be recognized by the label "FINAL SALE".

My items are in stock, but why haven't I received anything yet?

Sometimes our main warehouse runs out of stock with some items. These items are then ordered from our supplier or transferred from one of our other stores. This may take a little longer.

When will my order be shipped?

Most items have an estimated delivery date. These are placed on the product page in the green bar under the item price. For items that need you to select a size, do this first. Only then do you see the expected delivery date for this size indicated in the green bar.

When an article is not in stock, you can use the 'Mail me when in stock' option. Then we'll keep you informed of the availability of the desired item.

Please note that this delivery date only applies to online orders, paid via Bancontact, VISA/Mastercard, PayPal and iDeal. Online orders paid by bank transfer will only be shipped after receipt of payment. This may delay shipping by at least 2 days.

How much are the shipping costs?

This section only applies to United States of America. Would you like to know the shipping costs to another country? Then change the country at the top right of this page by clicking on the small flag.

We do not yet ship to United States of America.

How will the ordered goods be delivered?

Your order will be carefully packed and handed over to DPD, the parcel carrier we work with, for delivery to the indicated address. Your order can also be delivered to a DPD pickup point.

The ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address as soon as possible after completion of the online ordering procedure. We recommend that you specify a delivery address where someone is always present during office hours. This may be the address of a neighbour, relative or work. If there is no one present when the delivery arrives, the driver can deliver it to one of the neighbours or to the nearest DPD pickup point.
If you can't give an address where someone is always present, it is better to choose for direct delivery to a DPD pickup point. Many of these pickup points are open outside of business hours.

Where's my package?

Did you place an order online and do you want to know where your package is? No problem! As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that includes your tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the status of your package, starting the day after the shipping date mentioned. You can also track your order via your online customer account.

Why can't I track my order via my tracking number?

When you receive a shipment confirmation via email, it will also contain a tracking number. This tracking number will only be activated on the next day.

I paid for a product in the store and chose to have it delivered to my home or to a pickup point. Where's my package?

After the order has been completed in the shop, the webshop will continue to inform you by email.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that includes your tracking number.
