At RAD, we want to make sure that the relationship with our customers is flawless. We appreciate the trust that put you in RAD and we take your rights very seriously. The following sales conditions will provide you with a clear and concise summary of your rights, and some obligations as well. If something is still not clear, we'd appreciate it if you'd let it us know. The registered office of RAD NV is located in Belgium, at 4 Landegemstraat, 9031 Drongen. The following terms and conditions of sale will apply to the selling of all articles that can be found on the RAD website.

1. Prices

All prices are indicated in EURO. These prices include everything (i.e. VAT included), except the shipping costs (if applicable). RAD does have the right to change the indicated price before you place an order. Offers apply as usual while stocks last or until the end of the predefined promotional period.

2. Payment

Payment is always in EURO. All online payments are secured to the maximum extent. For this we use the services of MultiSafepay . MultiSafepay is one of Europe's leading providers of secure online payment services, offering highly reliable and high-tech solutions. MultiSafepay is independent from banks, which means that we can work with any of them . So you can use your current bank account or choose from any of the other banks available to you. To ensure you have the best possible security, MultiSafepay uses continuously updated SSL certificates.


MultiSafepay has implemented the PCI certification, issued by Visa and MasterCard, and the TDC certification issued by American Express. In particular, they impose 128-bit encryption and powerful coding techniques. In order to provide you with greater protection against electronic fraud, MultiSafepay has integrated the 3D Secure identification procedures (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and JCB J/Secure). For even greater security, MultiSafepay has also developed a number of modules, that further secure your payment regarding fraud detection, user access or retention of financial data. Please provide the correct credit card number and expiration date. Incorrect information may delay or prevent your order from being fulfilled. Payment by credit card is subject to the approval of the financial institution which issued the card. RAD is not responsible for any additional costs that may arise from bank charges.

The online verification and reservation of your accounts is done when RAD accepts your order. The articles remain the property of RAD until they have been fully paid for, including shipping costs and VAT. The sale of goods is fully subject to Belgian law and any disputes will be settled by Belgian courts in Ghent.

3. Delivery

Ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible via to the requested delivery method. All delivery charges are subject to change without notice. We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. The maximum delivery period is 30 days, counting from the day after you submitted your order. All goods are delivered subject to their availability. Promotions always run for the indicated period or while stocks last.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the expected delivery date. If we are unable to deliver your products due to a stock error, stock shortage or any other unforeseen circumstance, your order will be cancelled and we will notify you. You will be reimbursed for the cancelled product(s).

If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, you may cancel the undelivered order. You will then receive a full refund for the item(s) in question.

If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the articles listed on the delivery note or do not correspond to the articles that you ordered, you must report this and return the articles to us within 14 calendar days of their receipt. If we do not receive such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. Our liability in such cases shall be limited to the value of the items proven not to have been received by the customer.

4. Your personal data

RAD does everything in its power to protect your data. Your details will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. You always have the right to consult your data, to correct errors or to have your data removed from our database.

5. And finally, some things for which we cannot be held responsible

RAD shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any delay or failure to perform its obligations contained in these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by strike, occupation, riot, war, fire, acts of God, accident, defects or shortages of RAD's suppliers, governmental restrictions, failure to grant import or export licenses, subjection to law, regulation or order, or due to any other circumstances or causes that would affect the improper performance of these Terms and Conditions, or any circumstance beyond the control of RAD. If any provision or clause in this Agreement should become invalid or unenforceable or be declared for any reason, then that provision or clause shall continue to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law , and shall in no way affect or impair the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions. RAD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale without prior notice.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we have made sure that our site is not only detailed, but also clearly understandable. RAD stipulates that it is not responsible for any errors. It is indeed always possible that the mentioned data deviate from reality, despite our continuous verification. The fact that the customer has not received the conditions mentioned above in his native language does not in any way exempt him from their application.

Although these general terms and conditions and their content can be consulted worldwide, they have been drawn up exclusively for the purposes of customers residing in the EU. Consequently, the offer on this site is only intended for customers residing in the EU.
