Payment FAQ

Which payment methods can I use?

You can choose to pay by BanContact/MisterCash, PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), iDeal or by bank transfer.

Online payments are made via the highly secure Ingenico site to which you will be automatically directed after entering your order.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you can, via the automatic link to the secure Ingenico site, print a bank transfer form.

Please note that the goods will only be sent after receiving the full amount (total amount of the articles + shipping costs + VAT) on the account number mentioned.

Your order will automatically be reserved for you for 14 days. If we do not receive payment within that timeframe, your order may be cancelled by us.

You can extend the reservation period by sending us a proof of payment.

Please note that international payments can take up to 7 days or even longer, national payments usually take up to 4 days. This can significantly delay the delivery of your order. Because of that, the delivery period shown on our product pages does not apply if you pay by bank transfer.

Is paying online completely safe?

All online payments are secured to the maximum extent. For this we use the services of Ogone. Ogone is one of Europe's leading providers of secure online payment services and offers highly reliable and high-tech solutions. Ingenico is an independent entity, which means that we can accepts payments from any bank.
To ensure you with the best possible security, Ingenico uses continuously updated SSL certificates.
Ingenico has implemented the PCI certification issued by Visa and MasterCard and the TDC certification issued by American Express. In particular, they impose 128-bit encryption and powerful coding techniques. Ingenico integrates the 3D Secure authentication procedures (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and JCB J/Secure) to give you greater protection against electronic fraud. For even greater security, Ingenico has also developed a number of modules, that further secure your payment in terms of fraud detection, user access or retention of financial data.

When will my credit card be debited?

The online verification and reservation of your accounts is done when RAD accepts your order. We make sure your credit line will only be debited when the order is actually shipped.

Can I pay with ecocheques?

Unfortunately we do not accept ecocheques. Our products are not included in the list of accepted products:

  • Sustainable mobility & leisure
  • Reuse, recycling & waste prevention

How can I use my gift voucher or promo code online?

At the bottom of the list of selected items in your shopping cart you can add a discount code. By clicking on "Add discount code", you can use the code mentioned in the bar on your gift voucher or you can enter your promo code. The amount will then be recalculated automatically when you click on the plus sign.
