Removable peak

Some open-face (jet) helmets are designed to accommodate a removable sun peak. Depending on the brand and model, the sun peak may be included as standard or must be purchased separately. A sun peak helps improve visibility in bright sunlight and also contributes to the classic, vintage look of the jet helmet.
