First off I ordered a large flip over helmet. It was too tight . Contacted customer service and they immediately processed an order for xl size. Sent me a return postage paid label via email which I printed off and sent the large helmet back. 5 days fro them to receive the helmet and immediately sent out the xl one which I received 5 days later.
