Fuses are made to blow to keep things safe, and are generally the first thing you look at when electrical current doesn't reach its destination.
Connectors or adapters. Cable shoes and cable connectors are especially useful when installing, repairing or fine-tuning electrical wiring.
A relay is an electromagnetic switch, used to switch a high main current with a small control current. Useful? If you're installing a set of headlights or fog lights, you often need one.
Heat shrink tubing and sleeves also belong on this list. You use them when repairing electrical wiring.
