Wearing mode

The way an airbag is worn indicates how the system is positioned in relation to your clothing. This affects comfort, fit, and the effectiveness of the protection.

• Over: The airbag is worn over your motorcycle jacket or clothing. This makes it easy to put on and take off and is suitable for use with different outfits. The airbag stays securely in place and can be quickly activated. Jacket size does not need to be considered.
• Under: The airbag is worn under your motorcycle jacket or clothing. This provides a tighter fit and optimal contact with the body, making protection even more effective in the event of a fall. However, sufficient space must be allowed so the airbag can fully deploy. Stretch zones or extra space are often included in the design. Rule of thumb: about 4 cm of extra clearance around the chest, back, and shoulders ensures safe and correct operation.
