Do your products come with a warranty?

The legal warranty period of 2 years applies on all our articles, unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer.
Contact us if you want to appeal for a warranty claim.
Of course, wear and tear, improper use and crash damage are not covered by our warranty.

What's my size?

To help you determine the right size, we refer you to our size charts. For most items these can be found on the product page above the size indication. This will make it easier for you to estimate which clothing size you should choose.

Is this item suitable for my motorcycle?

Do you doubt whether a certain article/product is suitable for your motorcycle? Then be sure to check out the product page to see if you can find the following link: "Motorcycles for which this product is suitable". There you enter the specifications of your motorcycle and you will immediately know whether the product is suitable for your motorcycle or not. If you cannot find this link, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you.

If my type of motorcycle is not in My Moto, will you still have accessories for my bike?

Our database contains data concerning many motorcycles. So as a rule, if something is not in there, we don't have specific accessories for your type of motorcycle. You can check out the universal accessories such as side panniers, universal tank bags, windshields, universal case mounts, etc.

I paid for a product in the store and chose to have it delivered to my home or to a pickup point. Where's my package?

After the order has been completed in the shop, the webshop will continue to inform you by email.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that includes your tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the status of your package, starting the day after the shipping date mentioned. You can also track your order via your online customer account.
