GLOBAL VISION Floating 6 Tinted

If you’re wondering: Global Vision gave these (motorcycle) glasses a name that surprisingly enough is the result of the fact that they float. That’s how light the materials are.

It’s a certainty that a lightweight like this is an added comfort during long motorcycle trips. Add the UV400 filter and the anti-scratch coating and the result is an excellent travel companion.

The Floating 6 are tinted glasses. Actually, rather traditional sunglasses. We’ve worn models on our noses that turned the world into a darker place and others that seemed less tinted. The grey tint is in this case a little ‘darker’ than let’s say, a brown-coloured lens.

The frame is matt black and finished with an EVA Foam padding, which allows for a controlled air circulation and helps prevent fogging.

Not unimportant: the Global Vision Floating 6 has smooth, rounded temples without obstructions that would slide easily between head and motorcycle helmet.
