My RAD account FAQ

How to place I an order?

Ordering from our site is child's play!

Procedure:

  • Navigate through our site and click on each article or image to get more information about that article or to view a larger image.
  • When you wish to order that article, a simple click on the word "Order" will take you to the order form for that item.
  • Click on the word "Order" next to the article of your choice, in the correct size (if applicable), and that item will be added to your personal shopping cart.
  • Here you can enter the number of items needed and make the necessary adjustments.
  • When you have completed your order, select "Checkout" on the summary screen.
  • If you order more than 1 article and there is a large difference between the various delivery times, you can choose to group the articles in a single order or enter several orders. Please note that we are forced to charge shipping costs on each order.
  • If you have already registered on our website, you can now log in using your email address and password.
  • If you are not yet registered on our website, click on "Register". Here you can fill in your details and choose a password for your account. When all your details have been entered, click on "Continue".
  • You can now confirm or (if necessary) change the billing and delivery addresses. When all data is entered correctly, click on "Continue".
  • You will now see a summary of your order. When everything is ok, click on "Pay".
  • You will be redirected to MultiSafepay to complete the payment. You can choose to pay by bank transfer, via credit card or via BanContact/Mister Cash.
  • After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to our site.

Each reservation or order will be confirmed by email as soon as possible. You will also be informed of your personal log-in details and receive a link to view your order status.
Please contact us in case of non-receipt.

RAD can accept no liability for consequences of the incorrect data input by the customer. The customer is liable to provide correct, accurate and up-to-date information and is responsible for all shipments arriving at your home or delivery address. To avoid misunderstandings we recommend you in case of moving to inform us immediately.

RAD reserves the right to accept or refuse orders. Upon simple request, the customer will be informed of the reason for our refusal.

The agreement between you and RAD is validated when RAD receives confirmation of your order on its website.
The details in the RAD administration will apply as proof of the order(s) and payment(s) made by you to RAD and of the shipment(s) performed by RAD. RAD acknowledges that electronic communications may be used as evidence. By placing an order and thus accepting the terms and conditions you also acknowledge this.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order via your customer account or via email to info@rad.eu . Please note that your order will be processed immediately. If your order has already been shipped cancellation is no longer possible.

Where can I find my customer number?

If you place an order via our site, you will receive a confirmation email in which your customer number is mentioned.
If you have a receipt from one of our stores, your customer number is printed in the top left corner.

I haven't received an invoice yet. Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices are automatically sent by our accounting department within two weeks of purchase. In the meantime, you can already view your invoices on your online customer account. If you do not yet have an online customer account, you can create one by using the function: "forgot password" or "ordered without account". Once logged in, click through to "My invoices" and you'll find a summary of all your RAD invoices.

How can I completely remove my customer account?

We would like to briefly point out the consequences of a possible removal from our database.

At RAD we store your personal data and proofs of purchase in order to offer you the best after-sales service.
This is not only important in case of possible warranty claims or repairs of purchased products.
But this is also useful in other cases: In your own account, you can print out your proofs of purchase, i.e. if you want to declare your professional expenses with the tax authorities and/or if the insurance company asks for it.

If we delete your data from our system, we no longer have access to your receipts and/or purchase history.
Consequently, you can also no longer retrieve any receipt(s) from your account yourself.
For any warranty requests in the future, you are therefore assigned to the paper receipt you have received in the store.
Also for the tax authorities and insurance companies you have to rely on your paper receipts.

If you currently have a pending order, we can only delete your account after the legal return period of 30 calendar days.

If you would like to permanently delete your customer account, we ask you to send an email to info@rad.eu with "Delete customer account" in the subject line.
Your question will be dealt with as quickly as possible, taking into account the statutory period for replying of 30 days.

Why should I subscribe to the newsletter? Will this have any extra benefits? Can I win something?

Of course, subscribing to our newsletter will give you extra benefits! You will be the first to know about our promotions and our contest, where you can win great prices. You also have the chance to win RAD €150 gift vouchers!

How? Easy! Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and visit one of our stores. Every month we raffle off a gift voucher worth €150 among our customers who have subscribed to our newsletter and purchased something in one of our shops in the past month. On the 5th working day of the month at the latest, the lucky winner of the month will receive the gift voucher by mail and will be announced on our RAD facebook page. We wish you good luck! I bought something in the shop, can I check my purchase history and data somewhere?

That is certainly possible! As soon as you make a purchase in one of our shops, you are given the opportunity to provide your email address. This and all other purchases at RAD are registered in your customer account at this email address. If you want an overview of everything you ever bought from us you can consult your customer account on our website.

Here you can enter your email address and password. Have you already made a purchase in one of our shops but do not have an account? Then click on "Forgot your password or ordered without an account?".

Forgot your password or ordered without an account

Here you can enter your email address and we will send you an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Once you have a password, you can log in to our website the normal way. You will then get an overview of your customer data and the history of all your purchases.

History all your purchases

In the history of your purchases, you can see whether you bought the items in an RAD shop or via our webshop, and you can download the receipt or invoice of your purchase if you need it.
