Description

The Hero basic cover is a universal motorcycle cover made out of waterproof 150D polyester. The fabric is treated to be UV-resistant, so it doesn't fade or become brittle due to exposure to sunlight. The cover has ventilation openings so no moisture is retained and the risk of corrosion is greatly reduced. The Basic cover comes with a storage bag and when folded takes up little space, making it ideal to take along on the motorcycle. The back of the cover has an integrated window, so that the number plate of the motorcycle remains visible. In some countries this is mandatory when the motorcycle is parked on the road.

The most important criteria when choosing a size, are the dimensions of the motorcycle. It is important to carefully measure your motorcycle beforehand.

First, measure the width of the handlebars (B), as indicated by the green line in the picture below. If your mirrors are wider than your handlebars, include them in the measurement.

  • Then measure half the circumference of the bike (A), as indicated by the red line. It is important that you measure the bike at its widest point. If you have panniers and you do not want to remove them before covering the bike, include them in the measurement too.
  • Height (C), as indicated by the blue line, is rather indicative. On motorcycles with a top case, the cover comes off the ground a little higher, which is not a problem.
