IXS 189 Matt black

The IXS 189 is a real motocross helmet, as they should be. Everything you can expect from this type of helmet is there and it's also very light. The sharp lines match the sharp price.

Two fiberglass shells accommodate the different helmet sizes. The IXS 189 weighs a mere 1050 grams and that can make a real difference in the heat of battle on a dirt bike. Both at the top and at the front of the chin guard you'll find a lot of 'grilled' ventilation openings. Not closable, but more than enough to provide you with oxygen and air while riding. And a fresh head. The forehead also gets an extra stream of air.

The razor-sharp chin guard is well sized and comes standard with a wind deflector to keep your nose clear. The large facial opening is obviously suitable for attaching a good pair of cross goggles. The sun visor is easily removed with three screws and is just as stylized as the rest of the helmet.

The interior is removable, clearly quality and very flexible. As soon as you look at it a little closer, you know that the emphasis is on the cooling effect. At the bottom it ends in the soft and nicely finished Double-D ring buckle which is of course adjustable.
