With this Miguel we are - together with Segura - in the Metro-Division and the Ikonic-Division. This means: urban, classic, versatile, functional, on and next to the motorbike, which preferably has something classic too.
Oh yeah, and Segura always likes a bit of toughness so terms like "pilot" and "bomber" are never far away either. Just to say: this is not your typical race-day motorcycle jacket.
Apart from that, the Miguel remains a motorcycle jacket of course. The exterior consists of Serica. Hardwearing, sure, but not exactly motorcycle material. In other words, the Miguel is a short textile jacket, and that brings you closer to the urban context. Underneath the Serica shell is a waterproof membrane. A guarantee for many more days of use. Although the membrane is integrated, its breathability doesn't get in the way of summer use. On the contrary. The other way around, there are just as many possibilities, because the 90-gram heavy thermal-aluminum lining will keep you comfortably warm for quite a while.
’Miguel' has a body-fit fit. This means: relatively short, and it can be tight. This also means that you shouldn't expect an endless series of adjustments. At the bottom, on the waist, you can use up to three pushbuttons left and right and all in all that leaves quite a few centimeters of leeway, but that's it. The same row of press studs can be found on each sleeve end. The collar is also equipped with a press stud.
It all radiates solidity. The buttons, the zippers, the Serica, the Miguel is a motorcycle jacket that will take you to the modern, urban war. You'll be well protected, too, because ALPHA elbow and shoulder protectors are standard. And CE-certified. Fitting a CE-approved back protector is perfectly possible and remains a free choice.
Four outer pockets and two inner pockets provide plenty of storage space. Your wallet can have its own personal pocket. The removable hood (zipper) is made of soft textile.
It makes sense to combine this jacket with a good pair of jeans, so a connecting zipper is not necessary.
