The new Sena 10U is a Bluetooth motorcycle intercom with a remote control on the handlebar. The 10U is specially designed to be installed invisibly into your Shoei GT-Air, Shoei Neotec, Shoei J-Cruise or Arai full-face helmet. In the future, other helmets may be supported.
With its Bluetooth 4.1, the 10U is an invisible powerhouse that fits perfectly in your helmet. Bike-to-Bike, the 10U can communicate with up to 4 people, with a maximum distance of 1600 meters. The 10U intercom is universal and can also be linked to other intercom brands. Operating it is simple and safe thanks to the remote control on the handlebar. There are also 2 control buttons in the helmet for emergencies.
If this isn't enough to convince you of the 10U, the following features might just do it: built-in FM radio, separate built-in antenna for better reception, spoken status messages, up to 10 hours of talk time, smartphone app for iPhone and Android and firmware updates.

General remark: The world of electronics (which also includes intercoms, smartphones, GPS, etc.) is changing so fast, that it is possible that some (outdated) devices are not compatible with each other in certain areas. Unfortunately, the manufacturer can't provide us with data that shows which combinations between intercoms/GPSs and/or smartphones cause problems. A regular update of all electronic devices is therefore desirable to avoid problems as much as possible.
