The Shore is an ultra-lightweight - CE certified level 1 - summer glove that focuses explicitly on wearing comfort and performance. A top product. From Alpinestars you can expect a lot. Usually, the Italian gentlemen and ladies are looking for it in the racing business, but this time a motocross glove was the basis.
In terms of appearance anyway. The Shore is a short and pleasant summer glove for all-round street use, which reaches just up to the wrist. It's made of leather, mesh and stretch material, but the combination of good ventilation with a good grip and control over the bike is the most important. Ideal for the flexible and fast changing city traffic.
Leather protects the palm, while Spandex-stretch fabric on the back ensures that the Shore remains very breathable and feather light. ‘Comfortable' is the first thing that comes to mind when trying it on, and that's emphasized by the generous mesh panels on the back of the hand, thumb and fingers. Where it's needed most (outside, side) an extra layer of suede provides additional protection. The knuckle protection is no plastic, but padding is. Lighter, you know, although this remains high-level protection because in any other case you won't get a level 1 certification. On the wrist you have a velcro strip that makes it possible to fit the Shore perfectly.
With the Stella Shore, the female rider or passenger also has a specific lady’s version.
Tip from the RAD house
Trying on the Shore is - as always - recommended. The sizes seem a bit smaller than we are used to, although a glove of which half is made of stretch material should fit well.
