This tanklock tankbag is part of GIVI's new ULTIMA-T family, which combines waterproofing with the flexibility of soft luggage bags, while the sturdy base ensures stability. With a capacity of 23 liters, this is a big classy bag.

The biggest innovation is that the tank lock mounting system is provided with an extra key with lock. So, you can leave the UT810 on the motorcycle without any worries. Moreover, GIVI provides the possibility to operate your side- and top-cases, as well as the tank lock with just one key. Convenient.
The ULTIMA-T bags cover a wide range and come in different volumes and sizes. The high quality of the polyester used and the polymer shell at the bottom show that this is a bag that can endure quite some adventure. The IP 65 label means 'dust and spray proof'. Really standing in the shower is probably a bit too much, but that your luggage stays clean and dry in circumstances you have to go through with the bike, that's pretty much a certainty. This tankbag also got an internal - waterproof - bag with roll closure, which also carries the IP 65 label separately and is easily removable. If that's not enough, just attach (quick-release) the supplied rain cover over everything and you're good to go. On the other hand, the material used offers a high protection against UV rays and the associated discoloration.
The ULTIMA tankbag is preformed and equipped with a new tanklock ring with key. The latter of course provides additional security against theft. The pre-formed handle and adjustable shoulder straps make it easy to move the bag when you stop or reach your destination. Then, content-wise. Two smaller storage compartments on the left and right can be zipped up and are easily accessible, allowing you to keep a number of things close at hand. On the short side of the bag, you can also put something at the bottom. On top you can put a card or tablet in the transparent compartment. It is accessible from the inside and therefore waterproof. With the ULTIMA-T tankbag you also get a separate, again waterproof, transparent tablet holder. The central storage compartment is not divided up. The internal waterproof roll bag can be removed. The two pulls are equipped to be locked with a padlock.
To increase your visibility at night, each ULTIMA-T bag is finished with reflective details. Cable connections find a safe and watertight way at the back. Considering the relatively large volume of 23 liters, the dimensions (29 x 38 x 39 cm) are not too bad, although a tank of some size helps of course.
Attention! Tanklock tankbags are attached to the petrol cap, which is - if all goes well - standard in one place. That means: you can't really 'move' with a tanklock tankbag, like you can with magnetic bags, you can choose to place them higher or lower on the tank. Short nakeds with a relatively small fuel tank and large tankbags that use tanklock, can cause a conflict at handlebar height. In any case: more luggage space should never be at the expense of better handling.
But ... there are solutions. The bigger the tankbag, the more flexibility it usually offers. The mounting ring of the tank latch system can - in certain cases - be moved. Not meters, but enough to create space and safety.
This medium-sized tankbag can be moved in three positions at the attachment ring. This means you can bring the bag a bit closer to you, creating more space for the handlebars. By loosening - and of course tightening again - four screws, you create a better position on the tank.
This tankbag is standard equipped with a cable grommet, through which you can connect electrical devices with a motorcycle mounted plug during the ride or with the GIVI USB-hub. Or vice versa, when you want to link an electrical device (on the handlebars) to a powerbank (in the tankbag).
